Single-Use ophthalmic surgical instruments for corneal crosslinking and corneal rings procedures

Corneal

The Cornea is the transparent dome which is the outer window of the eye. It is the primary structure focusing light, responsible for two-thirds of the of the eye’s total optic power: c43 dioptres. There are several corneal transplantation procedures, PK, DALK, DSAEK, DMEK, which can be utilised for replacing sections of the cornea, and intra-corneal rings segments can be introduced to change its shape, but by far the most common corneal procedures are refractive surgical procedures.

Malosa Medical supply a full range of single-use ophthalmology instruments for Corneal procedures such as Intra-Corneal Rings (INTACS/Keraring/FerraraRing); Corneal Cross-Linking; Pterygium; Penetrating Keratoplasty (PK); Deep Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty (DALK); Descemet's Stripping Automated Endothelial Keratoplasty (DSAEK); Descemet's Membrane Endothelial Keratoplasty (DMEK). Malosa also provide a complete range of standard and bespoke single-use ophthalmic procedure packs for Corneal surgery.
